Prepare the cooked chicken, chili and other spices in a nonstick pan on medium-high heat for about 4 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove and add wheat germ and beans. Add 3/4 cup of chicken filling into each tortilla, then roll up and put seam-side down in a baking dish that is nonstick. Sprinkle with salsa. Cover with foil and bake in 350 F for 40 minutes. Add cheese. Add salsa, sour-cream, and cheese.

Mighty Muffins

(Power foods: 3)

1 egg

1 one pound of ground beef lean

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup of oats

1 cup chopped onion mince

Salt and pepper according to your preference

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and then add the rest of the ingredients and mix it by hands until it is well mixed. Distribute the mixture evenly in 6 cups of nonstick muffin pan. Preheat oven to 350 F to bake about 25 minutes.

Pesto Pasta

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 C walnut pieces

1 clove of garlic crushed

2 c. torn baby spinach leaves

1 teaspoon dried basil

4 oz whole-wheat spaghetti cooked

2 Tbsp shredded part-skim mozzarella

Salt and pepper according to your preference

How to prepare this healthy recipe for dinner. In an oven-proof skillet on moderately low temperature. Add the nuts and cook the nuts for 3-4 minutes, stirring often. Add the spinach, garlic basil, salt and pepper. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes with the lid on, rotating often. Serve with cooked pasta and then top with cheese. Serves 2 people per 1 cup serving

Tortilla de Godzilla

1/2 pound extra-lean ground meat or ground turkey

1/2 cup onion chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup kidney beans canned that have been rinsed and mashed

2 green chile peppers diced and seeded

2 tablespoons Chili powder

Four large tortillas made of whole wheat

2/3 cup of lettuce shredded

1 cup of chopped tomatoes

Half cup grated reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese

What to do:

1. A large, nonstick pan at medium-high temperature simmer the meat, onion as well as garlic, until beef has cooked. Remove the fat.

2. Mix in the beans, chili pepper and chili powder. Stir and cook until the mixture is hot. Remove the pan from the flame.
