Here are some total physique “Hotel Workouts” that you can complete with almost none of the equipment needed to ensure that you not miss a workout or get off track.

These are easy workouts can be completed in just 15 to 20 minutes or less. You’ll be able to spend more time having fun during your trip or just to relax and unwind

Here’s how:

If you’re going on the road, which means you’ll be packing and driving around in your car I would suggest bringing along an assortment of travel-style dumbbells.

If you’re a frequent user of traveling , it’s important to be aware that the majority of hotel “fitness centers” at hotels are usually not very good and you do not wish to arrive and find yourself with nothing to do with. Trust me , I’ve been there.

My # 1 Travel Choice: Bowflex Select Tech Dumbbells

I like these because they mix 15 weight sets into one. It’s just one turn and you are able to change your resistance to 5lbs 52.5 pounds. 52.5 pounds.

These Select Tech’s will be great to bring along since they don’t occupy an excessive amount of space and can be used to do an exercise session in a matter of minutes almost everywhere.

If there aren’t the equipment in your gym at home I would highly suggest that purchasing an exercise set. (You can also perform the exercises I’ve provided below at your home.)

My #2 Travel Choice: Aqua Bell Dumbbells

If you’re travelling via plane, you will not be able to take along your Select Tech’s, however, you could bring two pairs of Aqua Bell dumbbells instead.

I like Aqua Bells because all you have to do to alter the weight is add water. Then , take them off and can be put in a suitcase flat.

They weigh just 16 pounds, which means they’re not as heavy as the Select Tech’s, but they’re very simple to carry around, and can do the job.

If you’re in search of an affordable dumbbell set to bring along in your plane trip These are likely to be the best option.

Below are the exercises:You will go through each circuit one time. (If you’re feeling super enthusiastic you are feeling super motivated, don’t be afraid push yourself to complete the circuit two times.)

WORKOUT A

Warmup: Jumping Jacks 60 seconds, followed by jogging in place for 60 seconds plus 10 pushups

1.) Split Jumps 60 seconds

2) Close Grip Pushups -15

3) Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curl- 15

4) Burpees 60 seconds

5) Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 15

6) Dumbbell Bent Over Row – 15

7.) Bulgarian split squat (foot on the bed) 10/side

8. ) Mountain Climbers – 60 seconds

9) Squat using dumbbell press 15

10) Hindu Pushups- 15

11.) Squat Jumps on the bed (shoes off) – – 60 minutes

12.) Feet on the bed to do pushups that decline 15

13) Reverse Crunches – 20

14.) Plank – 60 seconds

WORKOUT B

Warmup: Jumping Jacks 60 seconds, followed by jogging in place for 60 seconds plus 10 pushups
